Emily Ford - Ballet
Emily Ford is thrilled to begin her first year at Northridge Dance Conservatory! She is a Colorado Springs native, and a recent graduate of the University of Arizona, where she recieved her B.F.A. in Dance. While dancing at the University of Arizona, she was awarded both academic and dance scholarships. Emily fell in love with dance when she first performed at age 11, and been passionately involved with every aspect of dance ever since: dancing, teaching, and choreographing. She has studied ballet, modern, jazz, tap, hip-hop, improvisation, musical theater, yoga, pilates, and mime; and has had the privilege of working with renowned choreographers such as Doug Neilsen, Robert Moses, Summer Lee Rhadigan, James Clouser, Sam Watson, Susan Quinn-WIlliams, and Melissa Lowe-Hancock. Emily is excited to be teaching Ballet I, Ballet II, and Teen Ballet Basics.
